MEET THE FOUNDER
Caroline Murphy-Bennis is an award-winning
Graphic Designer working in visual communications
for the past 25 years, both in Scotland and in Ireland. Partner at Bennis Design, Dublin since 2002, working with Irish government agencies helping to create physical and mental health, environmental and innovation-based initiatives.
Caroline lectured design at Griffith College, Dublin,
Flourishbydesign's founder Caroline Murphy-Bennis is an award winning designer which 25 years of industry experience in Design Communications working with top Brands in the UK and Ireland such as Orange plc and Reebok. Previously Caroline worked with 999 Design in Glasgow and was Senior Design at Dynamo Design Dublin before coming partner at Bennis Design, Dublin 2003.
Currently Caroline lecturers Design Thinking at Griffith College, Dublin. Completed a Post Graduate Special Purpose Award in Training and Education in 2015. Caroline wrote the Design Thinking Modules for Griffith Colleges BA (Honours) Degree, the first three-year Honours Degree course in Ireland.

In 2022 she was honoured to be one of the international design judges for the International Society of Typographic Designers - ISTD Student awards 2022.​ She has most recently completed the Universal Design for Learning Badge through University College Dublin.

I am have established Flourishbydesign to bring Ethical Design Thinking to help support and reshape a more consciously aware sustainable business community.
A community that puts people's protection, health, environment, local, and international markets at the forefront of our minds. Flourishbydeisgn features individuals and companies who are rising to meet these new challenges by enriching their communities and supporting their environments.
