I deliver these outcomes through academic teaching, women-centred programmes like Essence of a Woman, and collaborative community projects that combine design thinking, storytelling, and transformational learning.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Caroline Murphy designer, educator, creative mentor, and founder of Flourish by Design.

My passion lies in helping women reconnect with their true essence. With a background in award-winning design, higher education, and personal development, I bring together creativity, empathy, and real-world expertise to inspire meaningful transformation.
​
Over the past two decades, my work has been recognised with an Ion Design Award and an ICAD Recommendation for the National Inventory of Architectural Heritage project. I was also honoured by QQI for my academic contributions to shaping Ireland’s first three-year Honours Degree in Graphic Communication Design.
​
Beyond design, I’m deeply passionate about Feminine Leadership believing that when women lead with deep empathy and compassion, we unlock a massive well of creative potential to solve many of the world’s most pressing challenges. I believe that Compassionate Leadership, rooted in authenticity and courage, is the future of real and lasting impact.

I’ve had the privilege of speaking and leading workshops at inspiring events around the world, from hosting a Personal Branding Workshop at the Aspire Women’s Leaders’ Summit in Bali to leading a Colour Me Beautiful seminar at the global Lead with Brilliance online summit. Through these experiences, I’ve seen how creativity, connection, and conscious leadership can light a fire within even in the most challenging times.

At Flourish by Design, I blend deep professional knowledge with heartfelt guidance, helping women remember who they truly are and design a life that feels as beautiful, bold, and true as they are meant to be.
