The Rainbow Warrior was written and Illustrated by Caroline Murphy-Bennis and launched on March 30th, 2020 the 1st day of the lockdown in Ireland.
 
This mindfulness and empowerment children's book went on to spread across the globe during the height of the Covid 19 Pandemic and made book or the week in The Irish Independents Life magazine in July 2020 by Mindfulness Coach Alison Canavan.
